Introduction

The clinical and organizational benefits of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) in oncology, demonstrated by several Phase III trials, have led to its reimbursement in France. However, the increasing complexity of care pathways requires enhanced coordination, particularly for patients with adverse clinical factors and Socio-Behavioral Determinants of Health (SBDOH). The determinants of this complexity remain poorly understood within the context of remote monitoring. This study aims to identify factors associated with an increased risk of severe symptoms and a higher operational burden for healthcare professionals, in order to prioritize interventions and optimize resource allocation.
