Introduction
Presented at the 2023 Congress of the French-speaking Society of Onco-Geriatrics (SoFog), this poster describes the implementation of an oncology Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) system at the Centre Hospitalier Intercommunal Alpes du Sud (CHICAS) for a patient population exclusively undergoing onco-geriatric care.
This system monitors patients via an electronic questionnaire (PRO-CTCAE). It is integrated with educational content, promoting patient self-management and proactivity. The Resilience PRO medical device is currently deployed in 49 centers and has monitored 3,931 patients in Europe (as of September 25, 2023).
