Introduction

Gender disparities in oncology remain understudied, despite the growing impact of these differences on treatment outcomes and patient engagement. Clinical research has historically underrepresented sex and gender as variables, limiting the understanding of differential responses to care. Bridging this gap is essential to ensure equitable and personalized care in oncology. Medical Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) based on PRO-CTCAE offers an opportunity to assess these disparities systematically.
