Facilitating care coordination and maintaining links with patients

99% of the time, a patient is not under the supervision of his or her oncologist. The link between patients and their care teams can weaken. Strengthening it has become a necessity to avoid, for example, non-compliance with treatment. Resilience enables patients to benefit from local support, even at a distance.

First remote monitoring solution in oncology to obtain brand-name reimbursement

Resilience received on October 24, 2023 the favorable opinion of the Haute Autorité de Santé (HAS) for the registration as a brand name of its solution on the List of Medical Remote Monitoring Activities. It is therefore the first remote monitoring solution in oncology to obtain long-term reimbursement, for all adult patients undergoing systemic treatment.

Remote monitoring
under common law
  • Since 2023, remote monitoring has been eligible for reimbursement by the french health insurance, for any patient requiring medical monitoring over a given period.
  • Healthcare establishments can now provide reimbursement for their patients using telehealth.
Patients eligible for
reimbursement of Resilience
  • All adult cancer patients undergoing systemic treatment.
  • For example, patients undergoing treatment with chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, advanced therapy drugs, hormone therapy and concomitant or sequential radiotherapy.
Reimbursement amounts
  • A fixed amount per patient, paid monthly to the remote monitoring operator (medical professional, structure or independent multi-professional team).
  • Another flat-rate fee per patient is paid to Resilience, corresponding to the type of impact it has demonstrated to the French Health Authority: clinical interest in quality of life.
