First telemonitoring solution for oncology to obtain brand-name reimbursement
On October 24, Resilience received a favorable opinion from the French Health Authority (Haute AutoritƩ de SantƩ) for the registration of its brand name solution on the Liste des ActivitƩs de TƩlƩsurveillance MƩdicale. This makes it the first telemonitoring solution in oncology to be reimbursed on a permanent basis, for all adult patients undergoing systemic treatment.
- Since 2023, telemonitoring has been eligible for reimbursement by the Assurance Maladie, for any patient requiring medical monitoring over a given period.
- Healthcare facilities will therefore be reimbursed for each patient monitored remotely.
Solutions covered by the French health insurance scheme must be CE-marked and comply with the interoperability and security guidelines for telemonitoring digital medical devices defined by the ANS.
- A fixed amount per patient, paid monthly to the telemonitoring operator (medical professional, structure or independent multi-professional team).
- Another flat fee per patient, paid to the operator of the Digital Medical Device, varying according to the type of impact demonstrated to the Haute AutoritƩ de SantƩ.
