A simple, secure interface for the care team

Resilience's remote monitoring platform, a class IIa medical device, enables healthcare professionals to improve remote monitoring of their patients by giving them the possibility of :

  • Measure treatment-related symptoms with tailored e-PRO questionnaires
  • Follow their evolution and be alerted in real time according to the severity of reported side effects
  • Quickly identify at-risk patients and adapt management to their needs
Dr Antoine Lemaire
Head of Oncology and Medical Specialties, Centre Hospitalier de Valenciennes

"The idea is that we can have a vision of the patient's care pathway, including outside the hospital walls, and anticipate problems as they arise."

Dr Joana Ribiero
Medical oncologist, Gustave Roussy

"Telemonitoring has greatly improved the quality of care here (...) It's a win for patients and a win for us."

Dr Thomas Grellety
Oncologist and Head of Department, Centre Hospitalier de la Côte Basque

"It gives us continuous feedback and enables us to target our actions, and in particular those of our Advanced Practice Nurse, on certain patients in demand."

Dr Laura Polastro
Medical oncologist in gynecology and senology, Institut Jules Bordet

"Resilience is an easy tool to get to grips with and accepted very favorably by patients so it's a very interesting tool for monitoring my patients."

Dr Barbara Pistilli
Head of the Breast Pathology Committee, Gustave Roussy

"It's a huge resource for our patients because they have a very personalized follow-up tailored to their needs. And on the other hand it's a huge resource for the professionals because we don't have the gap between the two consultations, between the two chemotherapy sessions."

Prof. Ethan Basch
Oncologist and Director of Research, University of North Carolina

"It's our job to take care of our patients, whether they're in clinic or at home. The only way to take care of them is to understand what they go through on a daily basis, and we need tools to help us do that."

Ms Nathanaëlle Leprevier
Nurse coordinator, Centre Hospitalier de Valenciennes

"Resilience allows us to anticipate the scheduling of supportive care when patients come to the HDJ. Now everyone has the right to regular follow-up. There's no going back."

Dr Thomas Grellety
Oncologist and Head of Department, Centre Hospitalier de la Côte Basque

"You'll be able to devote medical and paramedical time simply to a need that emerges and when it emerges."

Prof. Etienne Minvielle
Doctor of Public Health at Gustave Roussy and Director of Research at CNRS

"With telemonitoring], we prevent major toxic effects. We improve the patient experience, [they] appreciate this close follow-up. And lastly [...], in economic terms, we reduce the number of hospitalization days. So it's very encouraging, because we're on the triptych of quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction. As far as we know, this is one of the first demonstrations for all cancers."

Dr Antoine Lemaire
Head of Oncology and Medical Specialties, Centre Hospitalier de Valenciennes

"I see telemonitoring as a tool that will enable us to be more efficient and to have this vision in the form of a continuum of care."

Facilitating care coordination and maintaining links with patients

99% of the time, a patient is not under the supervision of his or her oncologist. The link between patients and their care teams is eroding. Strengthening it has become a necessity to avoid, for example, non-compliance with treatment. Resilience enables patients to benefit from local support, even at a distance.

e-PRO questionnaires tailored to your patients' needs

Conducted by oncologists and researchers, the construction of our adapted e-PRO (Patient Reported Outcome) questionnaires strictly follows ESMO guidelines. Applicable to all types of cancer, they are composed of a set of generic and specific questions to capture the impact of different tumor types and/or treatments, with a level of evidence and a grade of recommendation [I,A].

Understanding and monitoring to optimize medical intervention

Thanks to real-time data collection and an intelligent alert system, the care team can detect and predict relapses, toxicities or complications encountered by patients. Resilience also enables the care team to proactively adapt management and improve care pathway coordination.
